Raised on a farm in the small town of LeRoy, Michigan, Chef Jeremiah raised livestock, and grew up learning the techniques of growing and farming herbs and vegetables. Growing food for everyday living ignited his passion for the culinary industry at a very young age. In 2009, Jeremiah received a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Blue in Scottsdale, Arizona. After graduation he spent time working at the number 1 waterpark in the world, Sclitterbahn, as their Catering Director. At that time, Jeremiah was also the Specialty Chef for Cal-Am Resorts, a group known for their many RV parks. Today, Chef Jeremiah passionately serves as Executive Chef of Wheelhouse Kitchen & Cocktails in Downtown Grand Rapids. His passion for the culinary world is only surpassed by the passion he has for his faith in God. When Chef Jeremiah is not in the kitchen, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their 4 children, as well as hunting, wild life conservation, and marksmanship.
